A list of expenditures made by Charlevoix during his trip down the Mississippi and in St. Domingo which were in excess of the sums allotted to him. He petitions the Comte de Toulouse for reimbursement for these sums. It is interesting to note that this document was written immediately after his return from America, and thus antedates his "Histoire de la Nouvelle France" by twenty-one years.
